The 175th Marion County Fair will take place June 30 – July 5. The Marion County Historical Society will again give free tours at the Log House on Pioneer Green. Since the pandemic, we stopped hosting a traditional bake sale, which took place during the fair, and moved to a “Non-Bake Sale Bake Sale.”  This method has proven successful, so for the 6th annual event, we are seeking your monetary support. Your donation helps with our operating costs and allows us to reinvest in the upkeep of the Log House.

So, for 2025, keep those ovens off and stay cool this summer while helping the MCHS with our mission of Collecting, Preserving, and Sharing Marion County History.

You can drop off a donation or mail a check to MCHS, include “Bake Sale” in the memo, 169 East Church Street, Marion, OH 43302.
